§ 01 — The operator
Built
twice.
People buy into people. So here is the person, without the polish.
Last year, I did not have an address. Not "between places." Not "in transition."
After two decades abroad and a decade running private-client operations across four countries — two businesses, a life built brick by brick — a divorce and an international legal battle took most of it. The stability. The support system. The address.
And every day I showed up, looked composed, and kept building. Not because I had it figured out. Because there was no plan B. That is what reinvention looks like when it isn't an aesthetic: still building, in public, with the floor gone.
This is not a sad story. It's a credential. An operator who has rebuilt her own life from nothing knows what it takes to rebuild a business that's quietly breaking — and knows the difference between a system that photographs well and one that holds when everything else is on fire.
I don't sell calm because it looks good on a grid. I sell it because I have felt precisely what its absence costs.
The life you want isn't a queue you wait in politely. It's a door.
§ 02 — The operating creed
What I stand for, and what I hand people.
Distribution before you need it
Expertise doesn't make you known. Build the audience before you have something to sell — it's the asset that compounds while you sleep.
Obsession, aimed
Exceptional isn't balanced. But obsession is a tax you pay on the few things that matter — not a licence to be busy. Depth on the right work, systems for the rest.
Scars, not wounds
Share the lesson metabolised, never the fire mid-burn. Identity is what you do when no one is watching. The composure is the point.
The no-safety-net frequency
Building without someone to call sharpens an instinct the well-cushioned never develop. Resilience isn't the consolation prize. It's the edge.
A neurodivergent operating system
My brain locks onto a problem with feral focus. The systems I build are the scaffolding that makes that focus reliable — for me, and for the founders who think like me.
Why not you
The life you want isn't a queue you wait in politely. It's a door. I don't shrink to fit the room. I expect the room to keep up.
§ 03 — The record
Ten years of the
complicated version.
Private-client operations across four countries — twelve assets, staff, vendors, budgets, and standards, coordinated across time zones where nothing was permitted to visibly go wrong. That work is where the method comes from, and the reason discretion is a habit rather than a policy.
Then, in my own practice: building the operating systems that founder-led premium businesses run on — so the work stops routing through one person, and starts routing through something that holds.
Bilingual, English and French, native in both. Currently between Berlin and wherever the work is.
Calm systems, engineered.
Thirty minutes, no deck — describe what's breaking and I'll tell you what I think is actually going on.
